Hey there, fellow tennis enthusiasts I’m Mia Johnson-Carter, a young tennis player living in Miami. I’m here to share my thoughts on how to stay open to new experiences in the world of tennis, which can be super exciting and rewarding.
The Importance of Openness
Yesterday, I stumbled upon an article titled “Tennis Instigators: Creating New Opportunities and Experiences” on Fiend At Court. It really got me thinking about how important it is to be open to new experiences in tennis. When we’re open to trying new things, we can discover new skills, meet new people, and have a more fulfilling experience on the court.
High School Tennis in Ohio
I recently came across some amazing stories about high school tennis players in Ohio. The Ohio Tennis Zone (OTZ) is a fantastic resource for all things tennis in Ohio. They have a list of top players, including Ivy Berlin from Cleveland and Makenzie Fearon from Massillon. These young athletes are not just great players but also represent the next generation of tennis talent.

Here in Miami, we have a vibrant tennis community. Whether you’re playing at the local park or at one of our many tennis clubs, there’s always something new to explore. Being open to new experiences means being willing to try different courts, meet new players, and learn from them.
