The ATP and the Italian Tennis Federation have just announced that the ATP Finals will be staying in Italy until 2030. And guess what? There’s even a twist – the event might change venues from Turin to Milan as early as 2026!
This extension follows an incredible year for the ATP Finals in Italy. The 2024 edition attracted a record-breaking crowd of over 183,000 spectators, with all 15 scheduled playing sessions sold out over the eight days. The prize money also hit an all-time high of $15.25 million, making it a truly special event for both players and fans.
The success of this year’s tournament has left everyone buzzing with excitement. The ATP Chairman, Andrea Gaudenzi, expressed his gratitude towards the Italian Tennis Federation and all event partners, saying, “Over the past four years, Italy has provided extraordinary hospitality to our most prestigious event, with the vision of creating a truly special experience for both players and fans.
